Now is a good time to join the Co-op for access to ASTM6751 compliant B99 biodiesel, the “greenest” alternative on the road today!
CHECK OUT OUR TWO LOCATIONS!! Our East LA facility is sponsored by Cinnabar, 4571 Electronics Place, Los Angeles, near the junction of the Glendale and Golden State Freeways south of Glendale. Access is limited, to 7AM to 5:30PM Monday through Friday. Our Torrance facility, sponsored by the City of Torrance Public Works Department, 20414 Madrona Ave., remains open, 24/7/365.
September 12, 13 and 14 - The Co-op was among those organizations supporting climate action with SoCal 350 at their booth inside Green Festival LA at the LA Convention Center. This is one of the biggest green consumer conventions and a great venue to represent!
September 19 and 20 — For the 9th straight year, the Co-op did its table-talk about the Co-op and its place in the 9th annual City of Santa Monica AltCar Expo ’14 universe of alternative transportation (hint: we’re not electric, natural gas, hydrogen, plug-in or hybrid) — at the Santa Monica Civic Center. Times have changed, and we’re still pitching in the game!
October is Co-operative Month!! We are working on expanding our relationships with other kinds of co-ops in the area through ShopCo-ops, of Los Angeles and Chicago, for mutual support and promotion. We also have tentatively scheduled a Fall meeting of the Board of Directors, so if you have an interest, contact the business office.
